The facilities are exceptional. There is enough free basement parking. The shuttle service really runs round the clock and drops very close to Haram. It was very close to Haram, even in Ramadan you can pray inside the mall with continuous raw from the Kaaba. If you have elderly people, this will be an advantage.   It is very close to the Haram and it takes only about five minutes to reach it. The room was awesome, specially the bathroom which had the toilet and bidet area separated from the rest by an opaque glass door.
