  Its on the azizia main road, with a lot of city shops, barber, supermarkets, juice shops, al-baik, etc. So if I needed anything for purchasing etc, I could go down the road and get it. Staff was nice and polite and if I needed a bit of work in the - Its a small quiet hotel and we had a sweet which had two bedrooms. The sweet also had two bathrooms and a mini kitchen. We have small kids and we need a kind of small kitchen always. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Even the bus driver was very friendly and flexible in case 9f timings to go to Haram. So all in all it was a good experience.

  Mouta Hotel Makkah was a very pleasant surprise. We wasn't expecting a lot and we had driven from Riyadh, but when we arrived we found a welcoming lobby and staff. Our room was spacious and clean.   I gave a credit but unfortunately the machines were out of service,one thing I won't forget they allow me nd ma family to stay the night there till morning to solve the problem, they valued a client more than money - I liked the stuff And the hotel was very clean Which is most important think to me.

  The good thing about this hotel is it is very close to Haram Sherief . From King Abdul aziz Gate it is jsut 3 to 4 minutes away on the narrow lane adjacent to LeMedian . the hotel is jsut behing Govt guest house/palace. The room given to me was very big with small bath room . Fridge, split a/c in good condition. In p - The Location was quite close to the point where I wanted. Staff was very friendly, Out look was very well maintained, The Baqala (shop) within hotel was very helpful, although charges were a bit extra but not too much. The rooms were very comfortable, quilts, Mattresses, Pillows, Bed sheets, Airconditioning all were excellent. There are only 3 lifts to cater 16 floors and are most of the time busy, but the arrangement of Seating on each floor is very nice.
