  Very friendly staff, adaptable to needs and lenient with requests. Room was fine with big bed and flatscreen TV, free WiFi. Górczyn bus hub nearby, to connect to the city or suburbs. Also the location in the city center and within the truly amazing shopping mall are big assets of this place.   The room was very big and we had a separate living room and bedroom which was really nice. The hotel is close to the train station and can be reached in a matter of minutes. The old town is also a nice walk away and our room had a really nice view of an old zoo. The breakfast was OK, good coffee, meat and cheese but perhaps not worth 30pln. The decor in - The staff were unbelievably accommodating. I had to change my booking as the airline had cancelled my original flight; this was no problem whatsoever to the very helpful staff. The location of the hotel was also excellent; right next to the old zoo and only a fifteen-minute walk from the square.
