  The staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to assist. The facilities are modern and uniquely decorated, the food was of high quality and the breakfast buffet generous with made to order hot requests. The hotel is located outside the Main Square of the Stare Miasto but within easy walking - This is hotel is great . I would for sure come back . The rooms are stylish and the bed very comfortable. The location is good, just few minutes walk to the old town. The staff is wonderful , always smiling and very helpfull. when arriving we recevied a wlcome drink and also we got lovely caramels on Our pillow several Nights. I loved the cookies we received when checking out. No doubt - one of the best hotels when it comes to service ever, and i have been to many hotels=)

  A very nice appartment, good layout with lots of space. Very clean and nice bathroom.The fridge was very useful as it was hot when we stayed in Poznan.   The room was very big and we had a separate living room and bedroom which was really nice. The hotel is close to the train station and can be reached in a matter of minutes. The old town is also a nice walk away and our room had a really nice view of an old zoo. The breakfast was OK, good coffee, meat and cheese but perhaps not worth 30pln. The decor in - The staff were unbelievably accommodating. I had to change my booking as the airline had cancelled my original flight; this was no problem whatsoever to the very helpful staff. The location of the hotel was also excellent; right next to the old zoo and only a fifteen-minute walk from the square.
