If you book with Old Town BandB, you go to the office first to check-in (open 10-17) and there you will be given a key to your apartement and a map to find it. My appartement was in Szpitalna street (they have the apartements in different houses in the old town), 1 min. walk from Main Square. It was spacious, clean, newly furbished and comfortable.

The location was excellent as it was quiet and only a couple of minutes walk from all amenities. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant attached to the hotel served some very delicious food which was reasonably priced. - EWveryone was very friendly. Excellent facilities and hotel.

The desk clerk was so happy to assist us. He gave us the last space in
the back of the hotel at 2100. The desk clerks were all very friendly
and let us leave our bags for about 8 hours. They even found a camera

Staff was very friendly and helpful and spole English.Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Location was good for tourist since it was near Old Town. Parking was behind the hotel and very accessible if you needed to use your car. Overall nice, convenient place to stay in Krakow to be near the tourist sites.

The hotel is steps away from the center. The room was large and spacious and very clean. The free breakfast that was included in the cost was soo good...not just your ordinary continental breakfast, you had your choice of hot items as well. The Wielopole was a lovely hotel, the staff were delightful and the facilities were very good. If I went to Krakow again I would definitely stay there. - Location close to city center and Jewish quarters, rooms decent size and very clean, breakfast was great and staff extremely helpful.
