  We had rented a car and did not have any clue where we would park it. The desk clerk was so happy to assist us. He gave us the last space in the back of the hotel at 2100. The desk clerks were all very friendly and let us leave our bags for about 8 hours. They even found a camera charger that I had left in the room.   It had an excellent, friendly staff, who were always very helpful. It was well-located, and within a few minutes walk of the main square, yet situated on a quiet street. Extra points for the excellent air conditioning, which was much appreciated during the extreme heat and humidity in Krakow this August.
