Friendly, helpful staff. Good price, I felt safer there than the last place I stayed at. Comfy bed. Room service, dinner was really tasty. Quite a cultural hub, close to Intramuros, Divisoria markets, Mall, Manilla Ocean park, cafes and restaurants bars with cultural dance performances. They even have Ballroom dance lessons in the hotel. I thought I'd give it a go and it was fun. There's even a cabinet of dancing heels to choose from.
所有评语 » The staff are polite, friendly, courteous and helpful. I requested a quiet room and the front desk clerk secure it for me. Ms. Lim was very nice and patient. Good security, great staff, friendly. They accommodate you in anyway possible. The room was nice. Had a/c which not all hotels in Manila have. rooms are spacious and clean. i would always stay again here,. Like the hotel very much very clean and staff good only. clean .. good food and 24 hours res. close to shopping. staff is very friedly shopingmall is near hotel. Good location at Malate very friendly staff. Clean,quite rooms, privacy. location and good rate. Friendly staff not like riviera where there is a very rude receptionist...very very impolite..and unprofessional.and nastyturns customers off. I wont be staying thjere only rothman... Rothman is ok.that ignorant young woman should be retrained.very rude.a nasty little person....thinks she owns the joint...try faulty towers hahaha...but I like rothman. Local street has plenty of useful places e.g. 7/11, cheap laundries, money changers at good rates, good bakery. Room was good size and furnished quite well. Good lockers for clothes and for money. Staff available at any time. Friendly staff. no complimentary water. It's my second stay at Rothman Hotel. During my reservation, I requested a non-smoking room but the room I was given was a smoking room. In fact there were 4 astrays in the room on top of the tables. The room really smells smoke; it stinks! Otherwise, my stay was pleasant. The immediate area surrounding the hotel is dirty with many street people begging. The free wifi went out for 3 days, and the staff did not offer to let me use the computer in lobby at no charge, they wanted to charge me. Lots of beggers outside. Payed for room today I get email from you saying my card was no good I payedthere with my card it all went threw and bank took money out. needs pool and plasma TV and the size of bed was quit small. At the price, one can not expect better deal. food. Its ok. Yes there are plenty of beggars, hookers, scammers around but area around hotel is blanketed with security guards (first place I've been where a bakery has a security guard). Wouldn't describe area as dangerous. Air-con very noisy Problems in the bathroom (water falling down from upstairs) The room is clean but the environment is very basic, doesn't give a very good feeling. Very expensive international call (might be due to the country). Location is not the best with lots of scam artists, prostitutes, beggars etc. who pry on tourists. Need to always be careful.
