Checked on 10/30 and checked out 11/17/13. My stay there was excellent from time of arrival to departure. Location was perfect cause it was across Robinson Mall where I spent alot of time at. Taxi service was excellent which was right outside the lobby. I work for Hawaii's biggest Hotel/Condominium management company which has over 1,500 rooms all over the world. I must admit that the service I received there was fantastic. Every person I came in contact with at the hotel was very friendl.
所有评语 » Everything was great the employees were very helpful we showed up two hours early and was told that the room we booked was not available at that time, we said we could wait. They offered us another room a little smaller for less peso and offered to show us the room first. We were very satisfied with that room. The Hotel is also across the street from the Robinson Mall. We both would recommend this hotel to family & friends and we are looking at booking the end of March or first week o. the location is really fine: close to the shoppingmall and the nightlife. Amazing view from the 22nd floor. Its a full appartement with kitchen (big fridge!) and small balcony. Nice bay and city view. Highly recommendable!. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The owner was there when we booked in and gave us an upgrade to 3 bedroom condo. very pleasant man. The condo was clean and comfortable with all amenities. will stay again. Staff are very Friendly and Nice! And i loveeeeee the BED!! its super comfortable. Fit for my hubb and 2 year old baby. I love the pool its super clean and the view as well. Good view. Good bed. Big room. Fell very secure. They have security check for visitor. Close to big shopping mall "robinson" jjm have very smart and nice staff. The location near Robinson Mall is fabulous. The beds were very comfortable. There was lots of hot water for the shower and good pressure. The bed was so good I didn't want to get up. The mall across the street has more food choices than I could count.Hands on management by the manager. Well-trained staff. Clean rooms. Good bed. Good view of Manila Bay. location is very good near big shopping centre. very clearn,good security. good staff. Good quality apartment. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. The ladies who worked there were very nice!. this hotel located at the heart f the city. Clean, comfortable room. Good bed. same what mentioned in point # 3. Closed to naia and malls. kitchen, bed,. The location. Room on high floor with gorgeous view. Balcony. Big bed - comfortable. Seating/lounging area. Was so new the bed was great, in a great position. Rooms are Clean. Convenient Location. location,location excellent. the rate is good. I arrived in the hotel after 18 hours of travel just to be told that the room I reserved is not available. I reserved a family room with 2 bedrooms as my parents coming from the province will stay with me. I was iniially told to stay at another hotel which was I knew was substandard. As a compromise, they billeted me at units in the Robinson's tower giving me one-bedroom and studio at diffrent floors which defeated the purpose of staying together with my family!! It was not a good arangement b. King-size bed with a nice comforter and balcony that over-looked the bay. Nice sized pool. Right across from Robinson's Malate. The location for me was the best. need to clean more the room. the check out day. The rooms are a bit small. Located in malate. No have restaurant or room service. There were no laundered towels when we arrived as apparently the laundry service is way behind in their service. The room with twin beds is very small. The driver had a hard time finding it because no sign out front. Just the address on the building. Not enough kitchen utensils in 1 bd apartment. The middle eastern men who were smoking in the office. Was a little too small if couple staying in room. Watch your head on the range hood, placed dangerously where this could happen. Room was to have a sea view, I believe this was misleading as the sea view was just a tiny piece of sea visible from room. Eftpos / pos Machine not available during our stay. bath towels, shower floor mats. Aragemant for refation. It's quite a pity that the balcony is too small for sitting and heated up by air conditioner exhaust. The big bed is comfortable but occupies too much of the room. For a new building I don't think it is ready to live in, fire alarms blocked holes in ceilings cables hanging out range hood cover not on , could not lock the outside door, tiles marked , one lift working sometimes 2, paint all over walls and railings, needed at least one to 2 days extra work , taps move and paint in sink. No Room Servise. Staff opened room 1030pm at night without knocking...drunk noisy guests left to roam halls at night.no allowed staff to clean room unless one was in room...obviously have had security issues. the bathroom, especially the hard to flush toilet bowl. it's nasty. Will definitely not transact with JMM anymore!! letsbookhotel.com should not deal with them as I was told this is not the first time this happened!. Staff knew very little about the hotel to the point of not even realizing that the pool is indoor and outdoor. It's an appt/hotel building. Much construction, so few elevators are available. Average wait time was 5-7 minutes for an elevator. Also, the room we booked and paid extra for was not available, but to the their credit, staff did accommodate us, but only after a long discussion. They also want a 1,000 PhP deposit in cash (they don't know how to take the deposit via credit card). I ordered a room on line and they did not have it available even though it was confirmed. Most hotels will upgrade you when this happens, Instead they degraded me and it was too small a room. I left the next day! Never to return. I went to the Best Western and the room was larger, cleaner and much more professional,,,and less money. Checking process. Way too long , too complicated. This is not a hotel but a real estate company managing different rooms in a building. !! Way too expensive for value Totally confusing staff. Will never stay there again. A lot of fly's flying around the room. room 7 sqm. No towels ,I asked the room service for one but did not receive any. you can get connected only to security disc and security dont offer any room service.The telephone keep ringing now and then I pick the phone but no body answer. Terrible experience stayed only for one night. I thought it was over priced ordered 2 rooms and only one room contained a kitchen rooms were not as good ss in pictures online the lifts were constantly faulty they kept my 4000 deposit unsure reason the pricing was way over the top for less thsn acceptable accommodation same price as copacabana and half the the quality.
