I like the concept: a luxury hotel room with a kitchenette. Good bed, with enough cushons to get cozy. Right around the corner there is a shop open 7-23 and 10 meters further a shop open all night. on 2 min walking distance to the busstop to the center. Nice and safe neighboorhood. Pharmacy around the corner. Some shops in the neighbouring streets.
307 is a large studio in olive and purple with unique old stove. 412 is "large hotelroom size" with green/ brown colors, and a balcony.

to say, I'll try to keep it short:
- The staff at the desk was friendly - and so helpful. Their dinner recommendations were right on when we asked for an affordable dinner

An absolutely great hotel. A very good value-clean, spacious rooms, great breakfast, located about 1 mile from the city sightseeing center, free coffee and outstanding, friendly and knowledgeable staff. All of their recommendations for restaurants were excellent. I research all my hotels before a stay and this was right on target. I would highly recommend it to anybody. My wife says it made the trip. I agree!

Great location, very close to the city center which you can walk to within 5-10 minutes. I have lived in Oslo 7 years ago and this is my second visit with my family. Good communication and the check-in procedure was quite convenient. Was sent an e-mail that the apartment is ready, went to the office and got the keys and a map handed to me.
This is not a luxurious apartment, but the furniture was quite new when I stayed there.
The kitchen is well equipped with tools (pans, knives, a microwave etc.).
