Room was serviced daily, although it was small it had everything we needed, including a microwave oven. Take lift to ground level, then walk down Plimmer Steps to get to Lambton Quay. Lift does not go right down to street level.

  The location was superb, right next to the waterfront and shopping. Facilities in the room were extensive and I wanted for nothing. The staff on check in were lovely and when I requested towels (none were provided initially but I assume that was because I'd checked in 2 hours early) she sent some uip immediately. The location is great - all that the CBD has to offer with easy access to the waterfront. We were impressed (and relieved) that the receptionist had made arrangements for us to collect the key as we arrived late due to a delayed flight.
