  The staff! First, I received a phone call from a female staffer who saw that the number of room occupants I had listed didn't match up correctly with the number of beds I requested. Second, the gentleman who checked us in was very friendly (and extremely tolerant when my kids accidentally called him); he also made sure we knew where to eat dinner ... 别人怎么说 » before they closed.
