  I liked the honesty and openess of the (only) staff member, who owes the house. He's a very friendly person, who makes you feel like home, but respects your privacy as well. There was no problem with neighbours, no noise from either inside or outside and the house was clean. I definitely recommend it for everyone. Oh.
