Wholeheartedly recommended. - The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Anything we needed they provided including helping us with our luggage and calling a cab for us. When we arrived, the host came out to the front door to greet us. When we left the entire staff came out to say goodbye to us. Beautiful and quiet place, and lovely people.

  Location is fantastic. It's in the heart of the city, 5 minutes walk to a tram (not that you need it!) 10 minutes walk to the Dam/shopping area. Absolutely spot on. High standard of accommodation, comfortable sofa, quality furniture, lovely bathroom, well equipped in terms of TV, kitchen utensils, towels, bedding etc. Loved the view! The apartments were very clean and comfortable and the location was excellent. It was located a few minutes from Dam Square, one of the main attractions in Amsterdam. There was a great view of the river Amstel from the apartment windows with all the boats passing by at regular intervals.
