We were impressed by Naomi. She never stops working. She is the
receptionist, answers the emails, waits the customers at midnight,
brings your suitcases upstairs, cleans the rooms, prepares the breakfast
with pancakes and fresh orange juice. In two nights we've never seen
another person.

We actually rented 3 rooms with extra beds and it was wonderful. The rooms ARE as big as you see on photos. Very clean and the owner was friendly and willing to accommodate us in any way. Would definitely go back!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was really clean and comfortable with a great bathroom. We found it very easy to get to Amsterdam from here as it was near the train station and the trains came frequently. - The service was excellent, as was the location and convenience. It was far enough away from the center of Haarlem for privacy but close enough to walk to. I liked the breakfast bonus of being included in the hotel rate.
