I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff were. The rooms were big and clean, and the location of the hotel just can't be beaten. So many nice extra touches, eg. range of toiletries in bathroom including hairbrush and a pillow menu. Big flat screen tv in the room. Lots of channels on tv, eg. BBC, Sky News.
