  Everything about this was excellent - hotel small and characterful, staff extremely welcoming and helpful, breakfast delicious, rooms and beds very comfortable. We stayed in the family room (room no. 5) which had a large jacuzzi in the bathroom!   Frankly, it was the best choise I have ever made. &Quot;House of Amstel" is very central in terms of location, you can find the place very easily just a few minutes of walking from Dam Sqaure, it is actually at the intersection of several busy streets such as Damrak and Amstel ; it's called Muntplein. You can - We were met at the apartments by Kai who explained everything for us and gave us some great tips on things to do whilst we were there. The apartments were very clean and comfortable and the location was excellent. It was located a few minutes from Dam Square, one of the main attractions in Amsterdam. There was a great view of the river Amstel from the apartment windows with all the boats passing by at regular intervals.

  Everything was very good. Comfortable rooms, clean and cosy hotel, really not far from railway station. Personal is very friendly, I have only best ratings for their work. - The cleanliness, location & concept. En suite bathroom. Breakfast and the staff. Would definitely come back to Hotelboat Iris.
