The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and informative. We have never visited Rotterdam before and did not know much about where to go and things to do. Upon arrival, the receptionist provided us with a map of the city and also recommended a selection of places to go out for drinks, where to eat and how to get around. The staff went above and

Turning left out of the central train station, it's an easy 5-minute walk away. Seemingly half the city's trams pass through the station out front. I had a conference at the convention center, which is a 10-minute walk on mainly pedestrian streets.
