  I had a party of 7persons stayed at Hotel Emma (Rotterdam) for a week. Their needs were well taken care of. I will definitely use Hotel Emma whenever I am in Rotterdam. - Every member of staff is friendly helpful and sociable, with a ready, natural smile and always with a good sense of humour

  The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and informative. We have never visited Rotterdam before and did not know much about where to go and things to do. Upon arrival, the receptionist provided us with a map of the city and also recommended a selection of places to go out for drinks, where to eat and how to get around. We have never experienced such excellent customer service - Turning left out of the central train station, it's an easy 5-minute walk away. Seemingly half the city's trams pass through the station out front. I had a conference at the convention center, which is a 10-minute walk on mainly pedestrian streets. Although the room was not especially large, with one queen bed it did not feel at all cramped. The construction was new and the decoration cheerful; windows along the length of one wall were welcome, as was the substantial desk. The bed was comfor
