So many nice extra touches, eg. range of toiletries in bathroom including hairbrush and a pillow menu. Big flat screen tv in the room. Lots of channels on tv, eg. BBC, Sky News. It was our anniversary when we went and theycovered our bed with love heart sweets! Room service was nice andefficient.

- Very friendly staff, at the hotel bar we got to wait for our drinks a bit longer than expected and as an apology we didn't have to pay - excellent customer service!
