This hotel ticked all. Epically liked the food and drink to yourself to coffee without asking. Close to the city centre yet quite. The owner takes great pride in his hotel and it shows. The hotel retains the character of a Dutch house, yes there are steep steps but that adds, so many hotels are bland chains…enjoy!

Stayed in the suite - nicely decorated, tons of kitchen tools, two 2 piece bathrooms, lovely continental breakfasts each day and hosts that were very friendly and eager to please. The host also provided a ton of detailed directions for us before our arrival. They were also very responsive to our emails and texts.

We stayed at a newly renovated room and the design and comfort was perfect, room was also very clean. - Very comfortable bed, very good breakfast, tea/coffee maker. In our room there was a bathroom with (dark) glass wall - so you can see what's happening inside from the room - you have to decide on your own whether it's a plus or not :)
