So many nice extra touches, eg. range of toiletries in bathroom including hairbrush and a pillow menu. Big flat screen tv in the room. Lots of channels on tv, eg. BBC, Sky News. I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff were. The rooms were big and clean, and the location of the hotel just can't be beaten.
