The location is terrific! It is about a 15 minute walk with bags from the central train station and 60 feet from Dam Square. You would expect the area to be noisy but we never heard anything!   Good host who provided useful local information on nearby pubs and cafes. Very close to Central station and tram routes. Flat well sourced with tea/coffee and travel guides/maps.   The location was perfect, less than 10 minutes to central station and close to the red light district but not on top of it.
