The staff is young and friendly and were doing there best as all the kinks had not been striaghtened out, it opened a few days before we checked in. It is directly behind central station and next to the cruise port also its a 15 minute walk to the red light district. - This hotel was the best we stayed at in Europe. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was huge for Europe standards and because it is brand new, the facilities are to a very high standard, particularly given the price range. The rooms are soundproof and warm, and the bathrooms are really large. We stayed in a standard room and would definitely stay there if we visited Amsterdam again.
