It is newly decorated, clean, comfortable,cozy, well located, balcony, canal view and good facilities (Nespressoin the room, wine and beverage in the refrigerator, all free ofcharge!!).Whatever you expect for a good accommodation place,you canfind it in Tulipa.   Fantastic location just round the corner from Centraal Station, was easy to find - its basically above the Resin coffeeshop. Beds were alright for a short stay, good enough kitchen facilities for us to cook up a couple of very tasty meals. Decent size bathroom with a good shower. Smoking was permitted which was great for us - you can request non smoking if required though. - The owner of the apartment was great! He was very helpful. The apartment was value for money.
