We stayed in the basement Studio flat which was excellent and suited us. The location of Kalkmarkt is very good next to a canal and only a short walk to restaurants, the City Center and Central railway station.
The owners Veronika and Peter are very helpful and friendly and good communication when we made booking and with any queries we had. There is is a fridge, dishwasher, cook top and plenty of utensils, but no micro wave which was not an issue for us. Toiletries are provided except for sha. 所有 评语 »
The location is great. It s just about 10mins walking distance to the Amsterdam Central station which you can go everywhere from this station. And the house is very home feel with a kitchen. City people likes me enjoy a lot in this kind of town house. Besides, couple can enjoy simple cooking if you have been tired to eat outside during a long vacation. The flat is simple and clean as well. Absolutely recommended!.

It was very cold when we visited it was nice to get back into a warm cozy apartment after a long day out around the city.

The apartment was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, comfortable and had everything you could need. The fixtures and fittings were all great quality and shower had wonderfully hot water in abundance. The position of the apartment, on a street overlooking one of the pretty canals,an easy 10 min walk from central station, Dam square and the red light district just made for a perfect stay.
The owners are very friendly (Veronika and Peter). The appartment has everything you need and no stairs! (We stayed on the first floor). Kitchen, Frigobar, separated bedroom, internet wifi working perfectly. The localization is very good, close to the main station (10 min walking) and also from the center - Amstel and the channels. Very nice and quiet street. Strongly reccomend!.

about hotels in amsterdam... And the choice was excellent. The
apartment is central, complete and - above all - spotlessly clean.
Veronika is very kind and helpful. When we return to Amsterdam we will
stay here again!.

The host, the facilities provided - was pretty much enough for 3-day breakfasts and evening movie-watching snacks for two of us - location and the room itself were just awesome. Totally recommend it to anyone!.
Very warm welcomed from Veronika, lovely and big attic flat with all facilities (kitchen stuff included), no noise, well located, we really enjoyed our stay and would advice this place.
