-Location is excellent and easily accessible by tram and night bus, lots of shops and restaurants beside the hotel, Leidseplein is only 1 tram stop from the hotel (or 10 minutes walking) - The staff is very friendly, they upgraded our triple room to a quadruple after the 2nd day with the same price as the triple room, they allowed us late check out @ 1PM instead of 11AM - The hotel is new, the interior room and bathroom design is newly designed and fashioned. - The price of the room was excelle.
所有评语 » A good city hotel, in a really convenient location. The hotel does not have a breakfast room, but at the lobby area you may always find free hot coffee and tea facilities, furthermore at the area there are some restaurants were you may enjoy your breakfast. The rooms are nice and clean, the beds are comfortable. Although the rooms are non smoking, you may smoke at the main balcony of the hotel. The receptionist are friendly and professional. The tram stop is really close with direct connection . Had an excellent stay, Hotel Mosiac, is a nice contemporary/modern hotel which is ideal for young people/families. I wish they had a safety deposit box, so that I wouldn't have to carry my passport around. Apart from that I give this hotel a 10/10. Staff were very helpful from the moment we walked. They go out of their own way to help you find your way around. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks Mourad, Muhammad and Mohit for your kind hospitality. We spent one night in this hotel. Normally hotel's check-in start at 14.00. but we arrived in Amsterdam early morning (about 8.00) and got the room immediately. Very friendly staff, good location not so far from the centre, in the museum area. We booked room for special price in discount. So we've got room with personal shower and toilet for hostel's price. In front of the hotel tram station (about 10 min to central station). I booked a room and arrived to Amsterdam at 23 o'clock.It was a late check-in,but I called the reception 1-2 hours before and got NO problems.It's easy to reach by tram No.1 from central station,by feet it takes 5 min to Rijksmuseum square.Rooms are small,but I searched for a place to sleep and walked by feet around Amsterdam,so for that reasons this place is perfect.It's clean. Very good location, clean, beautiful. We paid very little for the room and very pleasantly surprised. Free Wi-fi, good shower, free coffee and tea. We took the compact room and expected it to be tiny, but it was actually spacious and very confortable, with a beautiful balcony and view to the canal. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean and of a great quality. The location was only a short walk to the tram which takes you straight to Dam Square. Nice bars and restaurants right outside. We got an incredible price for our rooms and would love to stay again. Strictly no smoking. I liked really the staff and the location I was there twice in one week There was a receptionist i think she is japanese ,she is really cute and when i asked her for earlier check in because im tired she said yes Thnk u very much When i come back to amsterdam i will stay at this hotel again. coffee, tea and juice for free available on the reception 24/7... Kind staff. Quiet place with a good access to the city... I can only recommend to people who are going to spend two or three days in Amstr... it is a good choice if you want the best ratio between price and quality. The stuff was extremely friendly, the room were tidy, however the open shower in the bathroom seemed strange at first The museum district and the central station is about 10 minutes by tram and you can find maps and coupons for museum discounts at the reception. Chose it on price and its being relatively near my workplace. Found the hotel to be better than I had expected it to be in every way. When travelling on business, a hotel has to get the basics right - hot water, good night's sleep .... well done!. Internet didn't stretch to my room, but got a good signal in the rerception, so no problem. The only thing I didn't like was that the bathroom from my room was always flooded after I took a shower, maybe the inclination wasn't correct and made the whole floor to get wet, not a big deal, since this didn't happen in the previous room I got (2nd time I stay there). - The beds are very soft as they are made up of two mattresses but no bed base. - You'll have to live out of your suitcase as there's hardly enough closet space nor any possibility to hang up clothes or wet towels. I try to stay in a hotel that offers breakfast in Amsterdam so the absence of a breakfast might be a concern for some given that it is often included in the room rate at many hotels in the city. the sign of the hotel wasn't that clear but you can find it more easier with a google maps. There is no glass or curtains to separate the shower to the rest of the bathroom, so things are going to get wet, but it didn't bothered me much. Only point related to heating in the room, it was very cold and heating didn't work well. bit far from the action but easy to find. la posizione e' un po' scomoda dalla stazione.x trovare l'entrata dell'albergo ho fatto tutto il giro del palazzo 2 volte!. The room heating was not working 100% and was a bit cold. The floor of the room was not so clean. This is the only thing that disturbs me. Room was a little small, but not awful at the price. Shower didn't drain properly and flooded the bathroom.... bit of an issue. The desk was very dusty, the shower structure can't prevent water from splashing all over the toilet, the compliment water machine were not run through the entire day. will be better if with breakfast. Tea/coffee facilities in the rooms would be good. But u can get it from the reception and take back to your room. really nothing. Bed was a little soft, coffee machine was broken. "But that is me being critical" !!. Hard to find. I have no complaints. loud neighbors due to the thin walls, unorganized staff. There were no minibar to keep anything cold. No coffee or tea facilities in the room. Considering the rate given, this was excellent. Nerrow and soft beds in twinroom... Bit noisy, as our room was almost opposite the entrance. Not much. The maintenance service could be better. I got the room with the tap in not very good state. The hotel is not visible from the street and is difficult to locate.
