Our stay at AMS Suites was brilliant and we couldn't fault either the facilities or the customer service. Maryam was in touch from the moment we booked and couldn't have been more helpful. We got directions on how to use the special code lock and also on how to get to AMS with a range of different routes.
The room itself was a delight and exceeded all our expectations. It was lovely and spacious with a gorgeous and warm bathroom and big bath. There was a nice gift of some snacks and delicio. 所有 评语 »
Before we even got to the AMS suites the customer service was fantastic. I emailed AMS as it was my girlfriends 30th birthday during our stay. I requested her favourite flowers and fruit to be waiting in the room without my girlfriends knowledge. Maryam got back to me straight away said it would be no problem - when we got to the room the arrangements were even better than expected. The room was HUGE, clean and spacious. I think we had the superior suite as it had air conditioning - much needed.
Being a native from Amsterdam now living in Switzerland, I felt right at home ascending the steep and narrow stairs. The location is very central in the Jordaan allowing for going everywhere by foot. The room with its minimalistic interior design is very spacious (3B), easily exceeding that of a regular hotel room. Very pleasant to sleep with the possibility of opening the windows and enjoy the Amsterdam background noise. Apart from the mediocre water pressure, the bathroom exceeded expectation.
AMS Suites costumer service is wonderful. Prompt email replies and very helpful.
Location is Excellent!
2 min walk from there you will find great food in 'Raïnaraï' and a bit further down that road some great cafes. 'De Prins' is very welcoming and in 'Wester' we had one of the best apple pie's.
