First of all, Riad Berbere's greatest asset is their manager, Ingrid. She is friendly, helpful with everything within, and outside the Riad. Whether you want to arrange a dinner in the beautiful courtyard, or in a fancy restaurant, or get a Hammam, etc...she's ready to help. The Riad is clean, like hospital clean, not just tidy. The ladies spend much of their day washing every inch of the Riad. The courtyard is sunny and tranquil, each room is nicely airconditioned yet filled with light. T.
所有评语 » Our stay at Riad Berbere was wonderful , we were 6 friends ladies, all + 50 . , occupied 3 rooms ( the ground floor room, room with the balcony and the terrace room) . The first few days it was a bit tricky to find our way from and to the riad , in the maze medina, but then we learned. It is a very tipical beautiful Marrakech riad , wonderfully renewed, by Quentin Wilbaux , the well known Belgian architect , who also owns the Riad Berbere. Its managed by Ingrid , the miracolous host , wh. Our stay in the Riad Berbere was amazing. Everything was perfectly organised from our airport pick up to the end of our stay. Ingrid & her lovely staff did everything they could to make our stay fun & relaxing. The Medina can be a bit overwhelming - Ingrid walked us to Jamaa el Fna on our first night so that we`d know our way. Her restaurant recommendations were excellent. The Riad Berbere is perfectly calm, nice to come back to after the madness of Marrakech!. I have stayed in hotels, guest houses etc.. all over the world on business and for pleasure. This one is special. Customer service is beyond all expectations. All staff and hotel manager are exceptionally helpful. The way this Riad is managed should be an example for others. Breakfast is wonderful with home-cooked bread and other treats. The silence (this can be broken with noisy children/guests early in the morning, but it is not a negative note for the hotel....). - The best service!! Ingrid and her team really do all their possible to make you feel at home, and help you discover the true Marrakech. - Amazing food - Nice, authentic style of design and architecture. - A peaceful oasis in the middle of the medina madness - Clean, comfortable, beautiful - Great help when the airline was late with our luggage. I'd like to keep this place a secret really ;-) But I can not do anything else but to recommend it. A gem :-). Lovely Riad, very comfortable and beautifully presented. The manager and staff were very welcoming and helpful with all our queries. Lovely food. Location would be hard to find on one's own so I would recommend taking the manager's helpful guidance/assistance in locating it! The nicest Riad we stayed in, an oasis in a hectic city. We loved our stay here, it really is the most gorgeous oasis and was even better than we had hoped. If you enjoy small "boutiquey" places and the personal touch then you will love it here! Ingrid tops it all off, she is great fun but takes her job very seriously and makes sure your whole experience is perfect. Book it!. An excellent Riad , Ingrid was extremely helpful nothing was too much trouble. Very clean with lovely touches, candles and white roses everywhere .The staff were very happy and friendly , lovely breakfasts all homemade and fresh. A wonderful experience i would highly recomend it . Beautiful Riad with very nice rooms. Everything was super, the availability of staff, cleanliness, decoration, location... and great breakfast, lunch and dinner. The cats , which know how to keep the distance but on the lovers laps ... Everything! Beautiful, calm road, like an oasis of tranquillity away from the craziness that is Marrakech. Ingrid and staff were wonderful and helpful. The food at the riad was fantastic, as was the restaurant recommendation from Ingrid. The staff were excellent. Ingrid was a marvel of care and efficiency. The Riad itself is in a great spot, a haven of peace and calm. Its palm trees and traditional architecture is very soothing after a busy day out and about. Ingrid!! She was so helpful and welcoming. The design of the riad. The food. The lovely and friendly staff. A real oasis of calm. great service, owner walked us around so we could get our bearings. beautiful courtyard. Food. Location. Manager. Not a thing!. We didn't like leaving. İ have a very weak sense of orientation , so it took a few days for me to find my way back to the riad !,,,,,but this is only my defect. Nothing!. Difficult to move into and out of at night. Some rooms are difficult to relax in.
