  I had arranged to have a shuttle at the airport to pick us up and take us to the hotel. They picked us up as arranged and took us to the parking area near the hotel where hotel staff met us to walk to the hotel with us and assist with luggage. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, we had lots of hot water, - The staff were fantastic, creating a real homely and welcoming feel.   It was the perfect stay for our week in Marrakech. Centrally located (7 minutes from Jemaa el Fna), but in a quiet street. The manager Simo was very helpful. Since it was July and Ramadan, it was not busy in the riad, so we got an upgrade to a bigger room for free. The breakfast was very nice and can be served on the roof terrace if you want.
