  I had arranged to have a shuttle at the airport to pick us up and take us to the hotel. They picked us up as arranged and took us to the parking area near the hotel where hotel staff met us to walk to the hotel with us and assist with luggage. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, we had lots of hot water, - The staff were fantastic, creating a real homely and welcoming feel.
