The cabanas right on the beach, closest to the water, are amazing. They have an incredible view and the terrace presenst the morning sun perfectly when it rises. The sanitary installations are clean and tidy and water is hot. The other cabins are a little more secouded, but equally charming. If you can, try to stay in an upper-level cabin, since you will feel even more relaxed with a good view of the terrain, chilling out in the hammock on the balcony/terrace. 所有评语 » The ocean view room was spectacular. Simple small room. Grounds were kept in excellent shape. After sunset they have roaming guards with flash lights protecting the property entrance from the beach (no fences) that definitely provided much needed safety reassurance since communal bathrooms/showers in the middle of the night can be a little intimidating/dangerous especially for female guests. With that being said all guests were friendly and safety was the LEAST of our concerns. Awesome location, super fresh and beautiful spot. By far the nicest place I have stayed in Tulum (my 5th time in Tulum). Cheap compared with other places (Tulum is getting very pricey!), and very clean and new. Shared bathrooms, but this didn't really bother us, although I normally opt for a private bathroom. The restaurant offered great food, brick oven pizzas. Friendly and helpful staff. This was one of the best places I have ever been. Cabanas near sea are absolutely perfect. Bathroom with shells in the sinks is very interesting and whole place looks like paradise. You can hear waves at night and when you wake up, sunrise above the ocean gives the impression of perfection. I would recommend it to all travelers. lovely, minimalist, clean design. perfect location in tulum. situated on a gorgeous stretch of beach. quiet, mellow vibe, but enough going on to be interesting. wonderful, helpful, kind staff. reasonably priced. i had one of the 3 rooms with a private bath. :-). Had the best time at CoCo hotel. The room was beautiful and very clean. We rented a room with private bathroom and shower, but the shared bathrooms for the beach side rooms were very nice. The staff were friendly and the food was amazing! Great location!. Our cabana was as comfortable and cute as the Playa Azul cabana, at 1/3 the price. The only real difference was having to share the bathroom. We could watch the sun rise on the ocean from our room. Also, an environmental focus. Gorgeous beach location with good restaurant (more pizzas than Mexican but a decent selection) - cabanas are really lovely, basic as you would expect from an Eco-chic hotel but well maintained communal areas, friendly staff. The staff was friendly and they helped us to book a wonderful tour to the Sian Ka'an Reserve. The hotel and our room were well designed and very clean. It was enjoyable to be on the beach. Very nice stay. EVERYTHING! The staff was so friendly and helpful, the entire facility was spotless and smelled so fresh and clean, and the look of the hotel complimented the natural surroundings beautifly. Loved its location right on the beach. Worth paying a bit more for a cabana in the beach, far from the reception and near the sound of the sea. AMAZING time at Coco! Staff, atmosphere, food, accommodation, location and the beach it is on are all immaculate. Highly recommended. Eco friendly, chic rooms, gorgeous location right on the beach. So beautiful place, nice accomodation, we didnt even mind shared bathrooms, nice staff, I would come back immediately. During the night turtles comes to the beach and in early morning it's easy to see them caming back to sea! Amazing!. The cabanas design and confort. The hotel chic-eco concept (i.e. sand ways and cabanas in between the trees). Loved CoCo Tulum. Swank, green, romantic. The cabana was stylish, the restaurant was great. it is a nice place to stay and relax, you can rent a bike and walh around. Nice People. Nice beach!. The terrace The restaurant. Unfortunately, we had to leave after 4 days, but we will surely return. The rooms were almost too minimal. A small rug or some other accessories could of easily made it seem a little less cold. The built in closet (made of concrete) had hangers that were not even suited for hanging shirts as there was another concrete shelf only 12 inches from the bottom of the hangers...WEIRD. The only thing which is bad is restaurant. It is very expensive and service is very slow and unprofessional. i wish there had been a few more small conveniences, like screens on the windows and hooks on the walls. but really, these were small prices to pay for such a fantastic place. There was nothing we didn't like. I would stay there again and recommend it to all of my friends. Most of the time, shared bathrooms are no big deal for us. Unfortunately, my 9-year-old got sick during our last night, so I had to walk her to the bathrooms over and over until we left. She was mortified having to be sick in such a public place, especially since the toilets couldn't handle her particular problem. Also, no hooks for hanging wet suits and towels. It sometimes felt like coco had expanded the accommodation without expanding the facilities! there weren't enough sun loungers (people had left towels there by 9am when we got up - we're not in an a big resort!) even though we were in low season. Nothing - but maybe I can just say: Even if the restaurant was good it is still better to go to the village to eat Mexican food. Nothing. This hotel is honestly perfect. When they run out of energy (self produced) they turn on an engine that really bothers. Usually happens during nights :(. It is a little on the pricey side but no more than everywhere else in Tulum. The shared bathrooms were very clean but would rather have had ensuite as they were a little walk from our room.There weren't enough sun loungers, they were all bagged by 9am. The wifi was a little hit and miss. You have to be aware that rooms are without bathroom. Note enough sun loungers Private bathroom in tower room.
