  The hotel was fantastic, staff exceptional and facilities beautiful. A great spot in the city of Georgetown and lots of different options at the one hotel for room types from conventional rooms to 2 bed apartments.   We booked the family suite - which turned out to be the 2bedroom suite on the top floor, occupying half of the entire floor. Service - top notch. Supervisor was inspecting the room right before we moved in (although we were waiting for 2 hours before we were allowed to enter) and it was well worth the wait! Spacious! Great view! Day bed! We checked in on 1st Nov about 4plus & I asked for a room facing sea view as I did not put up the request on my online booking. One of your staff was very helpful, she told me most likely there were no more rooms facing sea view available, nevertheless, she was so kind & got us a room which we requested.
