Very cheap option to sleep close to the airport before an early flight from Narita airport. There are vending machines on every floor with self-warming food and drinks (essential for us since we arrived at 9.30pm, the restaurant was closed and there nowhere to grab a bite around). Free shuttle to and from the airport. Excellent airport hotel. Great location. Comfortable rooms. Airport shuttle. Late check out is offered as well as an expensive good breakfast. Would definitely repeat if one needs proximity to NRT.

The shuttle bus picked me up at 5:00am so I could make the 6am flight. Stuff is amazing, free shuttle from and to the airport, breakfast - huuuge choice. The was clean towels were clean. the staff all were beyond excellent including the front desk and shuttle driver. Good price for a long layover at Narita airport. We arrived a bit late and the restaurant was closed, fortunately there are vending machines. This hotel is not the closest to the airport. Only vending machine food available apart from breakfast. No local information in room. Porn information where local info is normally kept. It's too dark inside (I mean furniture). Not walking distance to anything. poor noise isolation between rooms. Very deserted location. Expensive food options and no alternatives nearby. Rip-off... None. Rooms are small and a bit run down. Nothing around hotel. Mini Market 10 min wolking from the hotel. Free internet wifi doesn t work well!. The floor rug was dirty with water stains the bathroom stunk of urine-- too much electronics on the toilet seat hence hard for them to clean recommend they remover all that stuff and up date the bathroom to modern standards. Also remove al that porno stuff in from of the TV and provide an English TV station instead of dubbing CNN. Low English level among staff. Restaurant was closed all day we were there. (It was a Sunday). Not really a lot near the hotel. They only had vending machines for food. The closes convenient store was a 15 minute walk away. You have to pay for an early shuttle bus to airport, not cool. No wifi. No wifi; internet via LAN-cable you have to ask for at the front desk. Shuttlebus is only once an hour. Very small, smelly. no computers in the rooms no international phone calls available without credit card. room is too crampy for comfort, expect a more roomy place for such a location charge 500 yen for transport to airport. Lack of internet access even though it was advertised, very old, very expensive for its location and quality. They could not find my reservation.The night maneger was rude,probably the rudes japanese I have ever met.However the day maneger was very polit and fixed the probleme the next morning.
