Almost everything. Especially the big pool which I could use free of Charge (which is not often the case in Japan). Very friendly and kind of special atmosphere in the hotel, staff seems less distant-polite than is often the case in Japan, but more individual-authentic-friendly. Maybe the fact that a lot of American airline crew stay here actually helps the atmosphere, there is something just the right way relaxed about the place.
所有评语 » Our one year old LOVED the inside play area and the playground outside! This should be advertised on the hotel description. We would have stayed 2 nights instead of just one. Our stay was excellent. The shuttle to and from the airport is very convenient and reliable. The shuttle service from airport was great, the restaurant stayed open for us late so that we could eat, staff took our bags to the rooms, no problem. Concierge was very helpful & even suggested where to go the next day as we were on a very tight schedule. The hotel had lovely, large guest rooms which was excellent after a long flight. The staff was exceptional and took care of everything. Definitely worth it for a few days of relaxation before moving onto other parts of Japan. Loads of English speaking channels on the TV, large comfortable bed, free shuttle buses to the airport, central Narita or the local Mall, great reasonably priced evening buffet, rooms were ready early for us. Being that it was our first trip to Japan... Loved the fact that the hotel offered shuttle service. Room very clean and despite the language barrier, staff very polite and helpful. I reserved again in this hotel because of good price and convenient shuttle bus. The shuttle for Narita central city and Airport is very useful for sightseeing Narita city. I was late for the airport bus and they rang my room and waited for me. I could even leave my car for a week for free. So great for a convenient trip to the airport. Shuttle from and to Narita was very efficient. Ideal as a lay-over hotel between flights. I benefitted from the extra night of sleep before continuing my journey. The sports facilities were great and the after exercise refreshments in the bar just right. Sadly, only I only stayed for the one day. The service was tremendous. We arrived late at night and although the restaurant was closed they put together a small meal for us. Free shuttle bus to airport, takes about 30 min. Free shuttle bus to Narita City - Shopoing mall, takes about 30 min as well. Free Shuttles to and from local points of interest and airport. Free shuttle to airport and shops food at hotel was good but rather expensive. Price/Performance is great very good buffet restaurant. very pleasant efficient staff, could open window. The rooms are large and big tv and DVD player. Ease of checking in. Room ok. Nothing !. A little far from the closest town/city. The shuttle to town was nice, but took about 20-40 minutes depending which stop you were going to. There were a couple convenience stores within walking distance, but that is about it. Had to pay to use the gym/pool, half an hour from the airport in the morning traffic, could not get hot water - only warm, "drains" smell in the bathrooms. It is a little far from the airport, but not so bad. Hotel restaurant very pricey. Please consider to extend the shuttle bus from the airport to 2230hrs. Outside pool closed. Service, empty plates were not removed from our table. Distance from Narita international. They charged me $1,000 yen to work out. There was no mention of a gym fee when I booked, and the advertised gym facility was the main reason I chose this hotel over the Hilton at Narita. The shuttle from the airport- 1 didnt turn up 1 passed without stopping when one did arrive it was a mini bus and 20-3- people waiting-so they had to organise taxis. When I went back in the morning there were 3 of us on a 50 seater bus Not an acceptable situation. Someone should advise people how to get money while in Japan !!! Or hotel should give cash advance on credit card as foreign cards were not accepted at 10 different machines we tried !!!. Having to pay for use of indoor pool and also swims for kids. Humidity there was stiflingly hot. Alittle far from restaurants other than the restaurants at hotel. Further from airport then we wanted. Nothing. Only location. It is a bit of a drag to get to the pool. very rural area - no restaurants/shops around. Overall cleanliness could be improved in the rooms and bathrooms Shuttle bus times to/from Narita town have a lot of gaps Restaurant food very bland. Hotel kinda run down and old. Had to pay extra for gym, pool and outdoor pool not open. No sun beds despite temp in twenties. Staff more interested in keeping aircrews happy rather than other guests. Will not be returning. Too cold in the room. Poor location. I asked staf about morning call at 7.30, because we will going to the aeroport, but we didnt resive a call.
