The place was perfect for what we needed. Only a minute (or less) walk to a tram stop that would take you to both Hiroshima station and Miyajima station.
It was only a 5 minute walk to the peace park, and a 10 minute walk to the main shopping district.

Couldn't be more conveniently located for the sights but not noisy as it's in a quite area nearby.
Very sweet lady owner, who tries to help in every way she can. She knows just enough English but is happy to speak Japanese if you want to practice-just the right balance. She made a good recommendation for a restaurant/ bar 3 minutes walk away, which does Italian/ Japanese food.
An absolute bargain for the price-a very complete Japanese breakfast.
