  Loved this hotel! It is super close to the Peace Memorial Park and just down the road (3 min walk) from the A-Dome, which is only a 100 yen tram ride away from the train station.   Central and 1 block away from the Memorial park. Its 150yen ride from the station by tram and then a 5 minute walk. We used taxi so we don't have to find the hotel and lug our luggages. Breakfast was a little disappointing though, we payed a small amount of money for a buffet breakfast but the food was stone cold.   The room was great! I stayed in a twin bed room and it was spacious, with a beautiful and classy design. Granvia really looks like a 5 star hotel and the price were great! The best deal I made - Got off the Shinkansen, walked out the doors of the station and I was there. Excellent. Staff was helpful in giving directions to tourist sites and provided maps as well. Checked out early in the morning and the hotel stored our luggage until we came back from touring at 3 pm. Then it was quick and easy to walk for a minute and be back in the station, waiting for our next train. I would highly recommend this hotel.

  It is very close to the downtown,100 metres from the party. The room was enough spacious but not so big.   Room size was ok. Felt comfortable enough for us. Location was just fine. Peacepark and everything within was at walking distance. Starbucks was close and there was also a very big shopping street in the neigborhood at 10 minutes walking. Staff was very friendly.   We did the Nagasaki A bomb tour, so we skipped the Hiroshima one. We were there to go to Miyajima, so a hotel close to the station was our priority. For the Hiroshima stuff, the location looked a bit remote. - The staff at the hotel were exemplary, going out of their way to help us. The bed was nice and firm and room spotlessly clean.
