  The location is excelent, 5 minutes walking to Arena. The rooms are big and comfortable and the owner is very nice and helpfull. A problem: room nr.1 is very close to the kitchen, so if there's some activity you will hear everything. But the owner was nice and changed our room after one night. More over the staff was so useful to help while I was searching for my lost mobile phone..such a nice guy!
