  If I could give La Torre 6 stars for staff & location, I would! Signora Lucia made sure she drew us up a complete tour tailor-made to our available time in Verona, along with excellent recommendations for gelato, dinner, etc. She is an absolute gem. Nice breakfast (including lovely pastries from nearby bakery), good-sized room, very clean, only 1 flight up (but lift available - Everything about the B&B was perfect. In the heart of the old city, the B&B is ideally situated just off the main shopping street and only a few minutes walk from the arena, Piazza Erbe, Romeo and Juliet's houses. The B&B rooms cannot be faulted. They are furnished to the highest standard and with great style. They are well equipped down to the tiniest detail! Breakfast was outstanding and nothing was too much for the adorable Signora Lucia. A truly amazing stay. We will return!

  The set-up is a bit weird, there is no actual hotel lobby. Instead you are given keys by the staff of the Ippoppotamo restaurant. But, then you are led to the back of the hotel and to your own private room and wow! The hotel isn't cheap but it surely is worth every cent! It's close to Verona (10-15 min drive) and a great value for money. My room was large and of high quality. The hotel is on a farm, which immerses you in nature and quiteness, but still a very short ride away from the center of Verona. The host was extremely friendly and always available to help you. She gave me very valuable advice regarding Verona, restaurants, parking, etc. Easy to find, even at night, using google maps.
