The hotel is in a good location close to all attractions. Personally, I was left with a very good impression of the hotel and the staff who were so welcoming and kind. It was further more than I expected staying in a hotel. Also, having the day start with such a pleasing breakfast made my staying in Tivoli a lovely part of my trip. All is excellent. Alessandra is extremally helpful and kind person. Location is right in the central square. Parking is no charge, - hotel gives a "Travel pass". Breakfast is typically italian (two big croissants and coffe/tea), but was enough. The view from our corner balcony was beautiful.
所有评语 » The location was perfect for visiting Villa D'Este. The room was vry clean and the hosts were friendly Breakfast at the downstairs bar was basic Italian but of good quality. One cannot wish for a better reception, and hospitality! Truely, Alessandra and her colleague Veronica are great persons who really care for their customers. Very good location in few steps from Villa d'Este and pedestrian area. Rooms are stylish and clean. Wifi was working good. Right in the shopping district, surrounded by restaurants and steps away from Villa D'Este. Clean, modern and safe. Nice place in the center of Tivoli. Room cas cosy and recently renovated. Very near to Villa D´Este. All is excellent. Location is very good, the hosts were friendly. Balcony on the square. Yea making. central location and size of room. Flexibility with our schedule. Clean & Comfortable !. It was a quaint area, but for us, after a couple days we were bored. We were traveling with family who have family there which is why we were in Tivoli. We loved the Garden d'Estes. Shopping was just OK, but it depends what you compare it to. Alessandra was wonderful and helpful. The other young lady was also, but it was hard to communicate with her. Regarding question number 5, I would recommend Tivoli for maybe a day and half, two at the most. According the presentation of the place we thought it might be a more lucrative place. It should be told that the in is located at an office building. Our room was realy small and the bathroom is very small too. Otherwise the staff is very friendly and helpfull and the location is superb. The room was lovely and very comfortable. The hotel was conveniently situated in the Piazza Garibaldi, close to many of the tourist sites... We were not lucky - on the night we stayed there, was some party on the main square. So it was very loudly till early morning. But it is not a fault of the hotel. Even in the room on the other side of the building was quiet. The room was smaller than expected It was ok for one night but I wouldn't stay there for long. Breakfast next door, in a cafe, was a bit poor, but could not disturb the pleasure of staying in the Relais. When travelling by car the Relais is a bit hard to find, but Alessandra will send you a message how to get there in the best manner. Breakfast was poor, not enought for man. Climbing stairs. Breakfast was in cafe downstairs and it was typical italian breakfast - coffee and croissant. Nothing. Breakfast with 2 croissa. Noise from outside and parking. Noise from the street can go a bit loud... No washcloths in the bath. Daily cleaning often woke us since the place is small, you can hear most things in the halls. Sometimes noisy at night. The Artiston inn downstairs had the worst service. We never went back. Reception was only available a few hours in the afternoon... Entrance not very nice... smelly. Lift antiquated and very, very small....
