  It was centraly located but close to the sea with amazing views. The staff were very helpfull. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel and our bedroom were spotless.   Hotel Continental was beautiful! The lobby and public areas were first class and the room was beautiful as well. The bathroom was very big especially for European standards. The location could not be better. We actually walked from - Our room was lovely with the sea view balcony. And it was not just any sea view, it was the fantastic blue Mediterranean with Vesuvius. One could have gazed it 24/7! The staff was incredibly friendly everywhere: reception, restaurant, bar, the cleaning ladies. Always with a big smile and a friendly comment. The hotel itself is lovely with its feeling of the old days but updated for today. Its location could not have been better with a view to dream of and a short way to everywhere in Sorrent

  This hotel is located about 15 minutes outside Soorento centre but the hotl bus runs frequently enough that there is no problems. The views from the hotel are pure bliss. We would recommend finding out the shuttle or bus schedule prior to arrival in Sorrento since the taxis to the hotel are pricey (Euro 50).

My wife like the decoration and setting of the hotel, she ranked it the best hotel. This comment is not light considering we have traveled a lot over the past 30 years. The restaurant is one of the highlights of the hotel. They make gorgeous, delicious food at a very reasonable price. We stayed 5 days there and it was a very pleasant stay. Will recommend to anybody traveling to Sorrento.

For some personal reasons, I have to change my reservation from 4 night to 1 night.
