  Our room had a balcony which overlooked Sorrento and the sea. This view was so beautiful! We enjoyed many sunny mornings and relaxing evenings sitting on the balcony.   The staff were excellent and the little chalets were a refreshing change from a multi storey hotel. It's a ten minute walk to the main square but as a result it's a peaceful retreat.   The location is fantastic and the staff was more than helpful. Also, the breakfast/brunch is very good. - We choose the panoramic view with large balcony and while it was more expensive than a standard room, it have us a huge balcony which had sun all day long with some shade. Lovely luxury.

  Great staff!! Staff are friendly and profession. I met this staff called Lello at the frontdesk, very funny and friendly, he will do his best to remember everyone's name. For some personal reasons, I have to change my reservation from 4 night to 1 night.   Lovely room and bathroom. The hotel has one of the best views over the bay of Naples and an excellent location, very quiet and in the lovely marina of Sorrento.   Friendly atmosphere, traditional feel - The maid did a good service at keeping a low standard room clean. The room was cool however this was mostly due to the fact we were living in the basement.
