Nice room, with fridge provided outside. Good breakfast served on a covered terrasse. Very friendly owners. Good Wi-fi signal. Located in a residential area within walking distance of the city center of a small city with some restaurants, and a few kms from Pisa. Parking available on the street. Some parking available inside, but backing up is not easy with a large car due to the small gate.

Excellent location with very easy access to both Pisa and Luccas. Gormet restaurant neaby with great food and service at affordable reasonable prices. Wonderful breakfast. The service was very attentive and helpful. The rooms are clean, bright, spacious (a bit less when you have four beds, but still OK) and very pleasant. All mod cons, including good bandwidth WiFi. Phenomenal family, beautiful 150 year old Tuscan villa with original frescos, fantastic breakfast, great location for the spa, restaurants and access to Florence or Pisa on local trains. Clean. All you really need. Staff is extremely friendly. Old interesting house. Rich breakfast. Excellent location for trips to both, Pisa and Lucca. Everything. The host is extremely helpful and the premises is well prepared and spotless. Excellent value, and very close to Pisa and Lucca. We spent a fantastic week there and felt more like invited family friends than paying guests. The atmospere and attitude were extraordinary!. There isn't much to do or see in San Giuliano, unless you are a spa-fan. Nothing. This was a wonderful place and family. We didnt stay long enough. A bit difficult to find, better if you hsve a gps. Use the north and east values instead of the address. Location - the address was difficult for my GPS, but once found, it is actually easy to find. didn't provide bottle water for the room.
