  We had a wonderful stay. The limo service offered picked us up at the airport and drove us back at the end of our stay (all Iin time). Furthermore everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance! Staff is very helpful. We arrived early, and could leave the luggage. They really made us feel really welcome. As soon as we arrived they highlighted and recommended all the great places to visit and also the best ways to get there which was great for us. The facilities were good for the price we paid and the location was spot on - we couldn't have chosen a better place - right next to the Colosseum!

  The staff at Navona Suites were extremely helpful. The answer was always 'yes' and with a smile. They dealt with every single request immediately and gave great advice on places to visit and local expertise on prices and timings of trips. Although you don't have the same facilities as in a regular hotel, I think it's a perfect place to stay and discover Rome.

  We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and we would recommend it. Excellent location: just two blocks away from Termini train and metro stations. To get there from the airport, We got a bus for just €5. Then it's a very short walk from the station to the hotel. She helped us plan our days in Rome, and gave us some really helpful insider's tips, which saved us a lot of time.   There was a mix up on our arrival (the manager did not realise we were arriving in the morning) so initially we had to wait for an hour for him to arrive. However, once he did arrive, he was lovely and very friendly.
