  It was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff was unbelievably courteous and helpful. The room was spotless clean and the mini bar was free of charge.   At the outset, you must know what it is you want or expect whilst booking this hotel. Don't expect to be waited on with room service or other amenities like laundry services. Once you've got that out of the way, you have an excellent property in the heart of Rome that is straight to the point. And that's where this hotel scores big time: it is spotlessly clean. The bathroom an - The staff were very helpful, polite and courteous. They had a lot of local knowledge which was very helpful. The breakfast provided had the most variety I have ever seen served at a hotel. And they were all very tasty and of a high standard. We had young children with us so the vending machines, hot water and play area was very convenient and useful. Their 24 hr lounge area was really clean and provided a large space for the kids to run around, for our large group to sit and relax and stay out
