  If you are looking for a great location, friendly, and budget-wised accommodation, it is the perfect place for you ! You can walk to all the major attractions. Lucia the owner and manger was always nice, welcome, and speaks good English. Its an old building and has loads of character. Don't expect 5 star luxury but this is perfect for a short break. Check out the local entertainment at the wood shop next door

  The family suite is excellent... It was 3 adults and 2 kids and we hadplenty of room... The room had a kitchen but we didn't use it, the roomhad everything!!!! We rented a car and it was about a 10 minute drive torome downtown and 3 minute drive to the vatican. And 20 minutes to theChiampino Airport.
