Sam and the rest of the staff were very attentive. Local information was easy to obtain as all the staff spoke very good English. The location was better than we expected as we were only 5-10 minutes walk away from St Peters and Vatican Museum. Also good location for public and tourist transport. Will stay again.

Our room slept four adult-sized family members in four individual single beds which were comfortable.   The location was great. Right near the Monti neighborhood and close to the major sites (without being too close). There were some great restaurants (a Tre Scalini was fantastic) and shopping nearby and also a very local feeling. We enjoyed being pleasantly greeted every time we came back to our room. Wifi was very good, no problems. The room had many conven - I stayed in this hotel with my wife and two daughters for 4 days. The location is perfect for visiting the different sites in Rome. The Colosseum and other nearby attractions is just a 10 to 15 mins. walk from the hotel. Going to Vatican, bus stop for bus #40 is just around the corner. Trevi fountain is also just a 15 min walk from the hotel. The staff Catalina was very helpful. The room was so clean and made up everyday. Wifi is free and fast. Good restaurants are also aplenty in Via del Serpe
