  Great customer service and the room was newly renovated so everything was amazing even the bed we slept on. In the past I have complained about the mattresses in other hotels/resorts. Breakfast was great too no pancakes or bacon but hard boiled eggs, bread, yogurd, cereal, coffee, juice...exc... - Fascinating location straight on the cliffs.
