  Location !!!! At the arrival not so sure about this place. Once we met the owner (Manuela) it became "the peaceful oasis". Food/advice/information = ONLY the best from Manuela!   Highly recommended. Newly renovated and decorated with care to a high standard in a very pleasant style (as on the pictures). Very, very clean. Common area (living room and kitchen) are large and inviting. It’s on the 3rd floor , there is a lift/elevator. The place was very clean and modern. The bathroom for the room is not actually connected to the room but across the hall. This isn't a big deal as there are only about 4 rooms in the hall. The minibar is cheap and well stocked. There is a supermarket just around the corner as well as some nice restaurants and an information centre.   Very friendly staff, couldn't do enough for us. Great location pretty much right on the seafront. Great facilities and nice rooms. We only stayed here as a last minute booking because our ferry to Malta got delayed but it turned out to be the best hotel we stated at during our whole journey to Malta. The room was very clean, bed very comfortable and hot cookies that were made just a few minutes before breakfast were just amazing with cappuccino.   Love love Love Modica so much. Love everything and everything at the hotel. We had such a wonderful time here. We arrived late due to travel from Palermo via public transport on Sunday. She was advising about the local restaurants, attra - A lovely old palazzo in the heart of Modica, technically a B&B but feels like a small hotel. A very different place to stay, full of character but skilfully adapted by the owners to provide modern facilities whilst retaining the charm and heritage of a terrific old building. And a cracking, and very reasonably priced, little osteria fifty metres across the road. Lovely, friendly and incredibly helpful owners who made us feel very much at home. A really nice, and unusual, place to stay.

  The accommodation is very new, large and clean with excellent facilities. What made this place special were the hosts Giovanni and his wife. They were so extremely helpful and arranged a trip to etna for myself and my wife along with finding out about all the local transport.   Neas is really in the heart of romantic Noto. It is really close to the Corso Vittorio Emanuele. If you wish, small parking space is available right at the door, however I don't know whether it's free or not. I am a regular visitor to Italy and this was the best hotel I have experienced. - This was truly the Duke's Palace! Three levels of luxury starting with a large bathroom with a spa shower, then up to a large bedroom with a king size bed, then up to a living room with sofa and chair and an outside patio. Huge breakfast on the patio, courteous and friendly staff- Daniele comes out to meet you and parks your car in his very tight garage; great location for shopping and sightseeing.
