  The staff were extremely helpful and sympathetic. We had a small problem with a key, and they were eager to sort it out very quickly. The rooms are airy and comfortable (we stayed in 2 different ones on separate nights), and we were given a quiet one at the back when we asked for one. The city was very beautiful and the local people where very friendly - We were offered a very friendly welcome by Ninni who explained everything about the apartment and things to do in and around Trapani. The place was a perfect base for sigthseeing the Old Town, taking boat trips, cycling tours etc. The apartment had everything you need to rest and prepare some special meals.
