  Everything. From the moment we booked, we were treated like first class clients with an introductory email sent to us to thank us for booking, asking us if there was anything they could do to help. Throughout the stay, the hosts could not do enough to help us out. The room was fantastic, beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, well stocked, class... 别人怎么说 » y and stylish. As for the staff there, they can't do enough for you, are so friendly and were a delight to spend time with. We'll be back as often as - We really loved the warm welcome from Uta and Francesco, quite overwhelming! Nice little upgrade to the junior suite which overlooked the quiet rear courtyard. We were offered eating suggestions for Bergamo and a little map, umbrella incase etc. Just so helpful in everyway The location of the hotel was ideal walking distance to city alta .Fantastic views and nice little bars/restaurants.

  We have spent two days at Lefay hotel in Gargnano, a spectacular five star hotel over the hills surrounding Garda lake. Everything was fine, the breathless view, the modern large rooms, confortable and well equipped, the SPA, a jewel integraded in a low impact structure, with two fantastic pools (one warm for winter time) and five different saunas... 别人怎么说 » . - The moment we arrived we were made feel very welcome. Staff super friendly. The location and the views of the place are stunning. The hotels has great facilities, spa, pools etc... Room very spacious and clean.   The perfect combination of a 4-5 star hotel (for the parents) with a child-friendly environment. The diner formula is simply the best I ever encountered. - We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were very nice, with fantastic views of the lake and mountains, and the hotel was very child friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

  We enjoyed our trip and stay at Hotel Belvedere. The staff were amazing. Especially the staff in the dinning room. I have to have special food and was told to tell them what I wanted to eat and they would fix it for me. Now that is service!!!!! Our room had a large balcony. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful.   Very nice place for stayimg in Gargnano. Extremely comfortable and clean. Very close to the center of the town. Free parking (great problem with parkin in Gargniano - paege, quite expencive). Extremely friendly staff. Lovely swimming pool - I used it every day (we stayed for 5 days). We felt really as at home.
